About Me

Hello, My name is Taina; I'm originally from Salvador/Bahia- Brazil the land of Samba and Axe. I've been dancing since I was 4 years old. Dance has been always my passion and that's why when I found Zumba in 2007 I felt in love with it because was a something that I could combine my passion for dance with my work out, just PERFECT!
I've decided to become an Instructor in 2011 and be part of the Zumba familyI never thought that one day I would be in front of a class teaching and making an impact in other people lives.  I am CPR-AED certified by the American Red Cross and AFAA certified.
Get in tune with what you're body's telling you and lose yourself in the hot beats of Zumba! Get fit and shake what your mama gave you. Axe!
